Your tasks

Lead the channel and the team: You are in charge of agency selection as well as leading the agencies to achieve best results. Additionally you lead an internal influencer marketing manager.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies: develop influencer marketing into one of our largest marketing channels and a major growth driver. Identify key trends and opportunities in influencer marketing.
Budget Management: Handle 7 digits budgets carefully to maximize ROI, and negotiate competitive rates with influencers and agencies.
Reporting and Analysis: Deliver regular performance reports, utilize key metrics to inform decisions, and refine strategies based on data insights.

What you bring

Experience: Minimum 4 years in E-Commerce influencer marketing, with a proven-track record in delivering strong growth.
Strategic Thinking: Capable of devising innovative marketing strategies.
Communication: Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns at once.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
Adaptability: Flexible in responding to changes in trends and the influencer environment.
