Your tasks

  • Develop and implement customer strategies by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the DACH markets, collaborating closely with your team and global teams.
  • Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing team focused on creating brand promoters through exceptional customer experience, service, and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to ensure a balanced approach between customer-centricity and business needs.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse team of customer-focused professionals, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of ongoing and future projects.
  • Build strong relationships with Production, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to create added value by balancing customer focus with business objectives, ensuring a seamless collaboration.
  • Take ownership of projects, bringing a pragmatic approach and a hunger for impactful results.
  • Enjoy full autonomy and decision-making power to drive customer excellence, building renowned customer operations and systems.

What you bring

  • 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing environment or a strong interest in scalable, high-growth business models.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and support team development.
  • Excellent language skills: German at C2 level and English at B2 level.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to addressing challenges.
  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • A flexible and resilient team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in complaint management, conflict resolution, and CRM software.
  • Experience in account management, upselling, and product onboarding is highly valued
